July 22, 2014 Board Meeting Agenda Item #58 Title APPROVAL OF THE SUPERINTENDENT'S FINANCIAL STATMENTS FOR THE MONTH ENDING MAY 31, 2014 Description The Superintendent's Financial Statements for the month ending May 31, 2014, does not reflect any unexpected trends for the fourth quarter of the 2013-2014 fiscal year.  Expenditures are anticipated to exceed revenues at year end in the General Fund because of the use of unassigned fund balance included in the adopted budget.  Recommendation That the Board approves the Superintendent's Financial Statements for the month ending May 31, 2014, as presented.
